These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SayMore platform at app.saymore.ai (the "Service") operated by SayMore Inc ("SayMore," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@saymore.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
SayMore is an AI-powered platform that generates short-form video content. You provide a photograph and a product URL, and the Service uses third-party AI models to generate scripts, image frames, and animated video clips. The Service is provided on a credit-based system where each credit entitles you to generate one video (consisting of multiple clips).
Purchasing Credits. Credits are available for purchase through the Service via Stripe. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
No Expiration. Purchased credits do not expire.
All Sales Are Final. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with generated content, unused credits, or account closure. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Price Changes. We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
You agree not to use the Service to:

Your Content. You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. By uploading content, you grant SayMore a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Generated Content. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, modify, and distribute the AI-generated videos and scripts created through your use of the Service for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.
Our Service. All rights in the Service itself — including the platform, interface, branding, and underlying technology — are owned by SayMore Inc. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
Content generated by the Service is produced by third-party AI models and is provided "as is." SayMore does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, appropriateness, or commercial effectiveness of any generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before use and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon policies).
AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable results. SayMore is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of generated content.
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services (including AI model providers, Stripe, and Cloudflare). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of Amazon product URLs is subject to Amazon's terms; SayMore does not have any affiliation with Amazon.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAYMORE INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SAYMORE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SAYMORE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SAYMORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SayMore Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you upload or generate through the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@saymore.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination and are not refundable.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Service. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SayMore Inc regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
