SayMore Inc ("SayMore," "we," "us," or "our") operates the SayMore platform at app.saymore.ai (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Account Information. When you register, we collect your email address and a password. Your password is cryptographically hashed before storage and is never stored in plaintext.
Uploaded Content. When you use the Service, you may upload a photograph ("Influencer Image") and provide a product URL. We store the uploaded image and the URL you provide in order to generate your videos.
Generated Content. We store the AI-generated scripts, image frames, and video files created through your use of the Service.
Payment Information. We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you purchase credits, your payment card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number. We receive only your email address, the transaction amount, and a confirmation of payment from Stripe. Usage & Technical Data. We automatically collect limited technical data when you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps. This data is collected through standard server logs provided by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare).
Communications. If you email us at support@saymore.ai, we retain the content of that correspondence.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos to train AI models.

If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data, uploaded images, and generated videos within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).
We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), hashed password storage, token-based authentication, and server-side rate limiting. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
